Acknowledgements

It has taken significant effort from many people, institutions, and organizations to initiate and implement the RTHnet program successfully. The RTHnet investigators would like to thank the National Science Foundation (NSF), The Pennsylvania State University’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, the College of Engineering, the Institutes of Energy & the Environment, the Department of Forestry, the Department of Soil Sciences, the Department of Geography, the Department of Meteorology, the Department of Geosciences, and the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. All of these groups have provided financial and human resources assistance for the program.
