CE361 class went to Shale Hills to test the communication of the Mote network we will deploy. Also the students deployed Echo-5 Soil Moisture Sensors to see how they work. RTHnet group is currently working on deploying sensor network just below the dam at Lake Perez to measure water depth levels of the stream and water table. This will be this first real world test of the Crossbow mote system and will be online by the middle of November. To see pictures of this click here.
